How to transform vast potato resources into higher-value frozen semi-finished products? This was precisely the challenge facing our Mexican client—a forward-thinking agricultural processing enterprise. By introducing Taziy’s fully automated frozen french fries production line, they successfully achieved a strategic transformation.

Client background and core requirements
Our client is located in Mexico’s primary agricultural production region, boasting a stable supply of high-quality potatoes. As a key market for American fast-food culture, Mexico exhibits massive and continuously growing demand for French fries. The client keenly recognized the enormous local market potential.
However, producing frozen French fries that meet industry standards demands extremely rigorous requirements across a series of processes, including washing, peeling, slicing, blanching, and frying. Therefore, the client’s objective is to invest in a fully automated production line capable of achieving continuous, standardized production, with finished product quality comparable to that of leading international brands.

Taizy’s solution
We provided our client with a 500kg/h frozen French fries production line tailored to their factory layout. Our engineering team designed an optimized linear layout to ensure smooth material flow.
The entire production line—from the elevator, washer, peeler, and slicer to the blancher, fryer, and quick-freezer—is constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, fully compliant with Mexican food safety regulations.

Core advantages of our frozen french fries production line
Addressing our clients’ high standards for process flow and finished product quality, we highlighted the equipment advantages of several key processes in our production line:
Uniform cutting: high-speed rotary cutters slice peeled potatoes into fries with perfectly consistent length and cross-section (e.g., 7mm x 7mm). This uniformity is fundamental for ensuring even frying and a consistent finished appearance.
Precise blanching and color retention process: the cut fries enter the blanching machine. This equipment precisely controls water temperature to deactivate potato enzymes within a short timeframe.

Fully automated continuous frying: the fryer employs oil-water separation technology and an automatic residue filtration system to maintain oil cleanliness and extend its service life. Frying time and temperature are precisely controlled to achieve pre-cooking of the fries’ exterior and a golden-brown color.

Rapid freezing technology: the production line concludes with a blast freezer. A powerful cold airflow rapidly freezes individual fries within seconds, maximizing preservation of the potato’s cellular structure and original flavor.

Our professional and attentive service
Provide comprehensive test operation videos: we conduct individual performance tests on each core piece of equipment (such as slicers and fryers) and send videos to clients demonstrating their functionality and processing results.
Thorough and secure packaging: we disassemble the entire production line into modular sections. Each machine undergoes meticulous waterproof and impact-resistant packaging before being securely loaded into sturdy wooden crates. Photographic documentation is provided for client verification.
Real-time video inspection support: before packing, we proactively arrange video calls with clients. This enables them to conduct comprehensive, real-time inspections of each machine’s materials, welding techniques, and motor brands—ensuring what they see is what they get.

Positive Customer Feedback and Successful Operations
Upon arrival of the equipment, the customer’s local team completed the installation and commissioning of the entire production line under the remote video guidance of our engineers.
Today, the customer’s frozen French fries are successfully supplied to multiple fast-food chains and food service distributors across Mexico. Leveraging their high quality and cost advantages, they are steadily gaining market share.
