Control System

Bag Making System

Sealing Device

Simple and Efficient Packaging Process
- Raw material feeding. Material is fed into the dosing system either manually or automatically.
- Bag forming. The packaging film is folded and made into bag shape through the forming machine to form the initial structure of the bag.
- Filling material. The dosing device accurately fills the bag with material according to the type of material and the size of the bag.
- Sealing. After filling, the open part of the bag is sealed by a heat sealing device to ensure a good seal.
- Cutting and separation. After the bag opening is closed, the cutting device cuts the bags according to the preset size and separates each bag into individual finished products.
- Finished product output. The completed bags are sent to the subsequent processing stages, such as inspection, crating, and warehousing.

Maintenance Methods
Lubrication
