Brush Cleaning and Peeling Machine
This is the first step in the process. The machine uses durable brush rollers and a water spray system to simultaneously wash away dirt and peel the skin from fresh potatoes. It is highly efficient and minimizes damage to the raw material.

Potato Cutting Machine
After peeling, the potatoes are fed into this high-speed cutting machine. It is equipped with sharp, durable blades. The cutting size is adjustable, with common sizes being 7x7mm to 12x12mm.

Blanching Machine
The cut potato strips are briefly immersed in controlled-temperature hot water.
Features:
It removes excess starch: this prevents the fries from sticking together and is the secret to achieving that desirable crispy exterior.
It deactivates enzymes: this stops the potatoes from browning or discoloring, preserving that appealing golden color. Skipping this step results in soggy, dark, and unappealing fries.



Vibrating Draining Screen
Before frying, excess surface water must be removed. The vibrating screen uses high-frequency vibrations to effectively shake off water droplets from the potato strips, preparing them for the fryer and ensuring safety and oil quality.



Continuous Frying Machine
This is the heart of the production line. The potato strips are conveyed through a long trough of oil heated to a precise, constant temperature. This continuous frying process ensures that every fry is cooked to golden perfection with a crispy exterior and a soft interior.
It features automatic temperature control and an oil filtration system.



Wind-Dried Oil Extractor
Immediately after frying, the hot French fries are conveyed to the deoiling machine. It uses powerful fans to blow away excess surface oil, making the final product less greasy and more appealing to consumers.



Quick-Freezing Cabinet
The final step is to freeze the prepared French fries rapidly. The freezer uses extremely cold, circulating air to bring the temperature of the fries down to -18°C or lower in a very short time.
This locks in the flavor, texture, and nutritional value, preparing them for packaging and long-term storage.
