Heating System

Application Steps

Step 1: Prepare the Batter

Follow our recommended batter formula for perfect cones:

  • Flour: Main ingredient, quality directly affects cone quality. Use high-quality flour.
  • Starch: Improves cone texture and crispness.
  • Vegetable oil: Makes cones fragrant and crispy.
  • Leavening agent: Creates micro-pores for crisp texture when eaten.

Optional additions: Seasonings, sugar, milk, edible pigments, etc., can be added according to local taste requirements to meet different consumer preferences.

Step 2: Machine Setup

  • Ensure proper voltage (220v or 220v/380v depending on model)
  • Place machine on level, stable surface
  • Set desired temperature on thermostat
  • Allow 30-40 minutes for preheating

No air compressor required!

Step 3: Production Process

  • Pour fixed quantity of batter into each mold cavity
  • Close the machine
  • Bake for 1-2 minutes
  • Open and remove perfectly formed cones
  • Allow to cool briefly before serving or packaging
