What Can You Make?

This machine is an essential supporting facility for ice cream machines, used to manufacture cone-shaped ice cream or other edible food containers. With flour as the main ingredient, plus appropriate seasonings, water is added to make a batter, which is then fed into the machine in fixed quantities. After heating and expansion, it becomes an edible and aesthetically pleasing container—the ice cream cone.

Application Steps

Step 1: Prepare the Batter

Follow our recommended batter formula for perfect cones:

  • Flour: Main ingredient, quality directly affects cone quality. Use high-quality flour.
  • Starch: Improves cone texture and crispness.
  • Vegetable oil: Makes cones fragrant and crispy.
  • Leavening agent: Creates micro-pores for crisp texture when eaten.
    Optional additions: Seasonings, sugar, milk, edible pigments, etc., can be added according to local taste requirements to meet different consumer preferences.

Step 2: Machine Setup

  • Ensure proper voltage (220v or 220v/380v depending on model)
  • Place the machine on a level, stable surface
  • Set the desired temperature on the thermostat
  • Allow 30-40 minutes for preheating
    No air compressor required!

Step 3: Production Process

  • Pour a fixed quantity of batter into each mold cavity
  • Close the machine
  • Bake for 1-2 minutes
  • Open and remove perfectly formed cones
  • Allow to cool briefly before serving or packaging
    Note: All cones are formed in one shot for consistent quality and shape.

Heating System

All our machines use electric heating with stable heat pipe technology. The heating system is designed for reliability and consistent performance.

  • Temperature adjustable via thermostat (default 220°C, can be set lower)
    Note: We don’t currently make resistance wire heating, as our heat pipe technology is more stable and has been proven reliable for years with minimal issues.
